I am Aditi, a researcher and service designer currently based in Bangalore, India. After completing my MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, London, I am currently working in the role of a Service Designer for the United Nations Development Programme - Europe and Central Asia. This opportunity has allowed me to delve deeply into projects centred around community engagement, systems thinking, and in building innovation capabilities within the development sector.

As an ardent listener and story-seeker, the past 7 years of my professional experience have only made me more passionate and inquisitive about the realms of research and service design. I'm particularly intrigued by the potential of co-creating long-term solutions driven by deep listening, sustainability, and positive impact.

Leveraging my skills, I've contributed to the development of end to end experiences, innovative research tools and methodologies, fostered deeper community engagement, and advocated for integrating design thinking practices into various sectors and teams. This, in turn, has allowed me to engage with a diverse range of people, cultures, and geographies, and in always helping me explore the unexplored.
