Hi there! I’m Aditi, a Service Designer and Systems Thinker, currently working at the UNDP Regional Hub for Europe and Central Asia.
With over seven years of global experience in research, service design, and systems thinking, I bring a human-centred approach to complex challenges in development and innovation. I have an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London, and my work focuses on transforming ideas into impactful solutions that foster sustainable change.
At UNDP Eurasia, I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design digital services, co-create innovation programs, and develop engaging learning experiences. My projects span systems thinking, urban transformation, and the creation of user-centered tools for various UNDP Country Offices and government partners across Europe and Central Asia. Whether it’s designing handbooks, facilitating creative workshops, or building digital platforms, I am driven by a passion for community engagement and meaningful, systemic innovation.
Before joining UNDP, I worked as a User Researcher and Experience Designer on diverse public sector projects in London, and in the healthcare sector across the Indian subcontinent. From exploring doctor-patient interactions to improving cognitive well-being for schoolchildren, these experiences equipped me with a versatile toolkit for tackling social issues through design. Throughout my career, I’ve led projects from planning to implementation, fostering collaboration across cultures and geographies.
